PRIVACY POLICY Racer Construction Products Inc. does not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary on factory direct shipments or to complete credit card transactions. Confidential information like your credit card is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete.
Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out promotional campaigns to our customers via e-mail in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running. At no time is anyone outside our company privy to your data or information.
SHIPPING POLICY Shipping Times:
We process orders during regular business hours - Monday through Friday; 6:30 am - 4:30 pm PST . Approximately 95% of the items displayed on this site ship within 24 - 72 hours of receipt of your order. You will be contacted by e-mail or phone if the item you requested is on backorder, and be provided an estimated shipment date.
How we Ship your Order:
Most items will ship directly from Racer’s warehouse. You may receive two or three packages to complete a large order or a backorder. There will not be any additional shipping charges because of multiple deliveries. On orders over $150.00 shipping to a residential address, we typically require a signature upon delivery for your protection. If you request "No Signature Required" in the comments section of the order form, we will comply but the recipient is responsible for said delivery.
US Shipping:
Within the "Contiguous 48 States" shipping, standard shipping is UPS ground service. Shipping charges are a flat $9.99 for orders under $150. All orders over $150 will receive free UPS ground service. Expedited shipment is available. If expedited service is chosen, you will only pay the premium for expedited service over UPS ground charges. Please indicate your interest in expediting your merchandise in the comments field of the shopping cart or you can inquire by email, or by calling us at toll free at 1-866-480-8146.
Hawaii or Alaska: Due to high shipping costs, we must charge freight for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call or e-mail for shipping cost estimates.
RETURN POLICY We accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your order. Your order must be in good condition, and be in the original packaging. There may be restocking fees for special orders. Return freight is not refundable.
In the case of a return, please call us to receive an authorization number. Do not return any product without prior authorization. Returning product without prior authorization can result in a restocking charge. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of your invoice. Special orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.
**NO REFUND OR RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS**
ORDER CONFIRMATION After completing an online order, you will receive a confirmation from Racer Blades. We will email you when we receive your order. If you do not receive an email after placing your order, please call us at 1-866-480-8146 or email us at sales@racerblades.com.
The email will contain an order number which can be used to view and track shipment through the “tracking” tab on our website.
CANCELLING AN ORDER Any orders cancelled before shipment are entitled to a full refund. Please call us 1-866-480-8146 or email customer service at sales@racerblades.com with your request to cancel your order. All refunds are paid immediately upon timely request.
If you decide to cancel payment through your credit card company your refund or credit will be delayed for processing.
Any orders cancelled after shipment are subject to restocking and freight charges, deducted directly from your refund.
DAMAGED GOODS Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 5 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages.
Please inspect all shipments for damage upon receipt. All damaged items should be refused upon arrival. Hidden damages such as missing or non-working parts should be reported immediately upon discovery of such damage. Contact Racer Blades directly and we will arrange for return shipment, refund or replacement of all missing or defective items. Please return all damaged goods orders in original packing materials and include original packing slip with notice of reason for dissatisfaction, or list of missing or non-working items.
